Blueberry Cowboy Return & Refund Policy

Because all Blueberry Cowboy products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

If the issue is verified, Blueberry Cowboy will, at its discretion:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
