Returns & Exchanges
Every Blueberry Cowboy item is made to order specifically for you. This allows us to create unique, high-quality apparel while reducing unnecessary waste.
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
Size Exchanges
We understand that buying clothing online can be challenging because you can't try items on before ordering.
If your item doesn't fit, you may request a size exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a size exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Blueberry Cowboy.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Blueberry Cowboy will ship the replacement size at no additional shipping charge.
Our goal is to make finding the right fit as simple and fair as possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 daysof delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
If the issue is verified, Blueberry Cowboy will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, including shipping, or
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Returns
Because every Blueberry Cowboy product is made specifically for each customer after an order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind after production has begun.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
